How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $35, we charge a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping anywhere in the U.S. For orders over $35, shipping is FREE. The cost of international shipping will depend on the country and will be calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Can I track my order status?

Yes, you can! Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! However the delivery times for international shipping are slightly longer and they will vary from 14 days to 25 days, depending on the country we ship to.

What is your return policy?

The products you've received don't match your expectations? Please email us with details within 3 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer complimentary replacements if you are not satisfied.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Just email us at hello@sipqualitea.com within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
